Hi, I’m Jennifer Anderson, founder of Anderson Senior Assistants—and helping seniors is both my passion and my lifelong purpose.

I was raised by a strong, compassionate woman—my mother—who has been a dedicated nurse my entire life. Watching her care for others instilled in me a deep respect for service and a natural desire to help those who need it most. That foundation led me straight into a lifetime of working with seniors.

For years, my family owned and operated an assisted living facility, where I managed day-to-day operations and developed close relationships with the residents and their families. I saw firsthand how much of a difference patient, reliable support can make in someone’s quality of life.

Later, I transitioned into the healthcare space, where I became well-versed in helping people navigate the often confusing and frustrating world of Medicare, insurance claims, and medical billing. Over time, I found myself wanting to advocate more directly for seniors—to truly go the extra mile in ways that traditional roles often didn’t allow. I realized just how overwhelming our healthcare system can be—especially for seniors who are newly enrolled in Medicare or dealing with issues they’ve never faced before.

That’s why I started Anderson Senior Assistants—to take the stress off your shoulders. Whether you need help filling out a government form, disputing a medical bill, organizing paperwork, or just figuring out where to start, I’m here to make it simpler.
