📦 Membership Tiers

• Essential Assistance $49/month $147/quarter → $132/quarter with 10% OFF - Up to 1 hour of service per month (phone calls, task handling, paperwork help).

• Priority Assistance $99/month $297/quarter → $267/quarter with 10% OFF - Up to 3 hours of service per month.

• Premier Assistance $149/month $447/quarter → $402/quarter with 10% OFF - Up to 6 hours of service per month, with priority response to urgent needs.

⏰ How Service Time Works

• Service time includes anything we assist with: phone calls, task research, account setups, billing support, insurance disputes, document help, etc.

• You may divide your time between multiple tasks or calls within your monthly limit.

• Unused service time does not roll over to the next month.

• Clients may upgrade their plan at any time to access more service time if needed.

• Priority Assistance clients enjoy standard response times.

• Premier Assistance clients receive priority handling for urgent needs and faster turnaround times.

💬 Shared Subscription Policy

• Married couples or partners living at the same physical address may share a single subscription.

• Maximum of 2 named clients per subscription.

• Sharing a subscription means sharing the total allotted service time between both individuals.

🎁 Launch Discount for Founding Clients

• New members joining during our Launch Promotion may use a special coupon code for 10% off monthly pricing.

• This discount is grandfathered as long as membership remains active and continuous.

• If membership is canceled or interrupted, the discount cannot be reinstated upon rejoining.

💳 Quarterly Billing Discount

• Clients who choose to pay quarterly instead of monthly will automatically receive 10% off their total subscription price.

• Quarterly billing is available at checkout for all plan levels.
